Forces of Nature International Lifeguards Challenge 2008 will be held in Espinho Portugal on August 30th and 31st. The challenge is open to teams of lifeguards (are or were lifeguards). Hi everyone, WELL DONE to all the nippers that took part on the weekend you all worked very hard and we came 5th which is really good. I would also like to thank all those parents who helped run the event.

P.S Ethan We are not taking part in the aberporth carnival, our next competition will be on august bank holiday at St Davids west wales for more information see my mother on thursday.

Hi all - just a bit of news from the World Life Saving Champs in Germany.
Nick just won Gold in the rope throw - New World Record too - 9.06sec.
He puts it all down to practicing blind fold in the dark!!!

Well done Nick - you get to keep the record a bit longer than you did last time too
